Lola Glover, Director |
Lola Glover is one of the original founder's of CQE. She has been the director of the CQE from it's inception. Mrs. Glover directs CQE's work, mission and joint project initiatives, supervises staff, and seeks and secures funding and other resources. She and the other CQE staff have established strong collaborative relationships and partnerships with parents, Toledo Public Schools, agencies, organizations and other mutual interest stakeholders.

Joey Eason, CQE Administrative Assistant |
Joey has worked sixteen years for CQE and manages the day-to-day office operations. She is instrumental in CQE communications, documents and reports. Joey also assists the Director in the planning , development and implementation of programs and projects.

Carolyn Watson, Community Outreach |
Carolyn has been a staff person at the CQE since 1997. She coordinates CQE's work, mission and projects. Ms. Watson is instrumental in coordinating and facilitating on site visits and in-services for the "Student Attendance/Achievement Project (SAAP)", the "McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Project (MVHAP)", planned workshops and forums for Toledo Public Schools's parents, families, and educators. She also attends appeal hearings with and on behalf of parents seeking redress in school related matters.
